the food variety was acceptable, with options available, but nothing stood out as really good.

I found several issues . The room looked quite worn. the shower had a broken nozzle. Maintenance wasn't quick in addressing it. also, the promised high-speed wi-fi was barely functional. Working remotely was frustrating, and it impacted my ability to stay connected. this significantly detracted from the overall experience.

The food was tasty and offered good variety (I really enjoyed the fresh salads).

My room was not cleaned until 6 p.m., which was quite inconvenient. I had to wait for the housekeeping to finish before I could relax.

I found so much joy in the animation team, especially their sports animation it was a highlight! their energy and passion created a vibrant atmosphere i wont forget. i also really appreciated the christmas celebration and dinner. The dancing show was lovely and the food was very nice.

the pools are not heated, and because of that it was too cold to enjoy them much in winter.

our superior room had comfortable beds and large space, great after a long day exploring. every day, the cleaning service did great, replenishing all the water and toiletries, it was wonderful to come back to a tidy room.

💫 the hotel boasts amazing cleanliness, coupled with beautiful design and a cute atmosphere. rooms were very spacious, comfy, and well-equipped. they were perfect for total relaxation! the food tasted delicious. it was fresh and varied too. i found something for everyone. the hotel felt well-kept. all facilities met a high standard. the pools, beach, and relaxation areas create the place to unwind and enjoy every moment 🌞 this place is worth returning to ❤️
