Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Hotel Makadi Bay, Makadi Bay

I just returned from a stay at the hotel and had some great moments with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the aqua park kept the kids entertained for hours. However, my experience was somewhat overshadowed by the room conditions and the inconsistent Wi-Fi. Overall, it's a family-friendly resort but has some areas that need improvement.
